sam horn: I live in Orlando, Florida where I receive dental treatment on a regular schedule. I visit my dentist every four months due to bone loss where they do what is called “deep cleaning”. I scheduled a month long trip to Spain and decided to get this cleaning done here due to the cost and save money. I found Central Dental via Google. During my consultation, I was told that the deep cleaning I receive in Orlando is the best treatment I can receive for my situation. I came to Central Dental wanting to get this deep cleaning as it’s been four months since my last visit. I found the entire staff to be very professional and knowledgeable on the correct procedure for treatment. The cleaning was done with very little discomfort and the numbing subsided in a very short time. I was given tooth paste with fluoride and a mouthwash with antiseptic along with instructions to use after to prevent infection. The dental office was extremely clean and I couldn’t have felt better as a patient. No one likes to visit a dentist but would welcome another visit to Central Dental during my next trip to Spain.

Rajendra Gokhale: I am currently visiting Madrid as a tourist and had to visit this clinic today without an appointment due to an emergency. I was mentally prepared to hear that they could not see me without an appointment, especially since I was not their patient. In reality, not only was I was received very courteously but I was also treated immediately at a very reasonable cost. Nobody even checked if I had health insurance or whether I had the wherewithal to pay for the treatment. The clinic is very clean and inviting and the quality of treatment I received was top class. I will strongly recommend this place to anybody looking for a good dentist in Madrid.

DAVID MORENO GALLEGO: Good service by the Doctor (young and very professional) The management of the center, however, seems to be focused exclusively on money, forgetting that they work in the health sector (I literally felt like I was buying t-shirts at a flea market when talking about the budget). The offer to attract customers, saying that you will have a free cleaning per year is a lie (they charge you 60e and in the area you can find cleanings for 40-50).

Dave McCarthy: Wow. These guys are the best. I had a tooth replaced with an implant. The procedure was relatively painless for what I felt was a pretty big job… but amazingly two years later I do not know which tooth it was. That’s how good they are!!! The staff are also lovely - all of them. Premises are bright and modern. I don’t really like going to dentists but if you have to, this place is highly, highly recommended!!

Raúl Mora: Cloe clinic is an amazing place to bring your kids to the dentist. They are incredibly good with kids, my three kids are being checked there and the three of them were concerned about their first visit and after 3 second there were emailing and collaborating thanks to the ways doctors treat and talk to them. Then from a clinical standpoint they are amazing and the best professional and they take the time to explain ti the parent very well in detail the plan and what they have done every day. 100% We will definitely keep bringing my kids to Cloe’ clinic, no better place. All the doctors are amazing but I really need to make a special mention to the lead doctor, she the best professional you would like to treat your kids, she cares, she always does at least the first visits and follow up every patient, she is incredibly nice with the kids and take the time to talk to the parent in a very educative tone. Best place!!

Janine Benavente: Hands down best dentist office in madrid. If you want the true American dentistry experience, you need to go! The hygentists and dentists always take their time with me each time i visit. They pay attention and always remember my feedback and comments from the previous visit. Thomas Jenkins: I would like to also express my admiration for the dental team here. I was in Madrid for a trip this fall when I had a dental emergency (I had an infection under a filling: it was really excruciating). They saw me within an hour -- and performed a root canal that afternoon! (My dentist in America said the specialist did *very* good work.) I managed to make it through the rest of the week with my temporary filling -- this clinic really saved my trip. They spoke English well; were kind and knowledgeable; and very reasonable in terms of cost. Highly recommended.

Neil Eric Blackmore: Truly fantastic. I´ve been twice. On both occasions they were easy to make an appointment. I also thought that I needed to have work done on one tooth but the dentist gave me a check up (for free) and reassured me that no work needed to be done. Honest, easy, professional and even spoke English. I wouldn´t visit a different dentist in Spain.

Elaine Gabat: I can’t recommend Bordonclinic. I traveled to Bordonclinic to get a root canal and crown. Everything went smoothly, staff was great and friendly....2 months later, I was experiencing sensitivity on the same tooth— but WHY? Root canal was already complete. Turns out the ‘specialist’ missed two canals that my dentist in the US identified. Crown was poorly placed and the canals that had been filled were filled poorly. Dr. Javier refuses to take accountability, even said he disagreed with the diagnosis, even though x-rays clearly show additional canals. I had high hopes for this clinic, as they are recommended highly, even by the US embassy on their list of healthcare professionals. This is going to cost me more to have it retreated and get a new crown. If you’re traveling from the US and on vacation in Madrid, considering getting some work done...Just spend the extra money to go to a US trained Endodontist/dentist. You may end up saving yourself money in the long run with higher quality dental treatment.

r kennedy: As soon as I arrived in Madrid for vacation, I got a severe toothache and found this clinic on google. It was a little difficult to find, but once there they were friendly, and spoke some English. I had to go back the next day for a root canal, and other than the cost being fairly high, all seemed okay. I was reasonably satisfied. But 3 months later and my chin and lip are still numb. It seems the dentist did some permanent nerve damage.

We had tried to resolve your teethache as soon as possible, you flied next day and we can not understand about what happened with your treatment. We only made a root canal treatment in your molar and is very difficult than this treatment damage your nerve. Only I can ensure that the damage will not be permanent, and you can help to recover with some medicines. We had been talking by phone and I had tried to resolve it and tell you about back phoned again if the problem will not resolve and talked about visit a friend dentist in your location.
