chetan Sethi: Host is a theif .. stay away from this place else you will loose your stuff and money .. she stole 5000 euros from our group and one laptop and one phone .
Response: This review is reported on Google. She is a guest from India who stayed with her large family. We did not return the deposit, due to the conditions in which our apartment was left. We had to call the police because the situation was very violent. They have put a review of 1 score on booking because that was the portal through which they stayed. But there they have not been allowed to write these barbarities. Here on google it seems that anything goes. You can see all the comments and reviews on the platforms we work with.
Sonia Soler Francia: I stayed in one of your apartments with 7 people the weekend of September 24-26. Although the conditions of the apartment are the same as described and in the photos, the attitude of the landlady is extremely disappointing. 1.- Upon our arrival, he requested an additional 100 euros to what was agreed in writing and contracted in booking, to which we agreed since we wanted to stay. 2.- He accused us of being more than the people hired, wanting to charge us additional amounts per stay, which we refused because he could verify through our IDs that there were 8 of us who had exclusively reserved the apartment. 3.- He threatened to call the police if there were more of us and we agreed, we had nothing to hide. 4.- We leave the suitcases and leave the apartment to have a drink. The landlady was still on the landing. My suspicion is that he came in to check our luggage. 5.- Upon handing over the keys, he apologized for the intimidation to which he had subjected us. I do not recommend this apartment under any circumstances. PS: Yes, indeed I am a friend of Sergio, staying the same weekend along with 5 other people. The owner continues to intimidate 9 months later, offering no reasonable justification for her conduct.

"We have 3 apartments of 40 m2 each that we wanted to rent through Airbnb. Cherry-Host did a fabulous job for our apartments . They decorated all the apartment in a few days giving each one its own personality. Each one has a different touch with a great choice of lamps, shelves, plants, carpets, tables and chairs. Cherry-Host also bought for us all the sheets, towels and cushions, all the shampoos and soaps… They took care of everything : photos, text of advertisements, name of each flat, programming of reservation software.... in a few days the reservations started and we have been full for almost 8 months now... trust them and success will be there. I highly recommend Cherry-Host.In addition of there great job Lior is a wonderful person listening to his costumers. He works hard, fast and is always available to give excellent advices. Koala King: I stayed a whole week and this flat was such a value for money: perfect location with many sights within walking distance, bars, clubs and shops including a market with a supermarket and good food options around the corner. Flat is very clean and well equipped with appliances and basic stuff such as coffee and cooking supplies. I found this place to be safe, secure and very private. Highly recommend Trinity tavern right across the road where you can have lazy beers or cocktails and a conversation with local residents after a long walk. In few words; location (!!!), clean, well equipped, safe, comfortable. Communication with staff is prompt and efficient too.

HR: Automated easy entrance, clean, comfortable and with detail of water and coffee Highly recommended in terms of quality price and location. Negative aspect: no air conditioning and lack of natural ventilation.
Rodrigo Flaquer: Very good value for money and the common services at the entrance are appreciated (coffee, tea, water, fridge).
Ilar Salte: There is humidity. microwave, refrigerator and things for breakfast, that with the location is positive.
N: The location of the hostel is magnificent, it has many restaurants, bars and a good atmosphere, it is very close to the center and the Complutense University. (that was our destiny!) The reception system is ideal, you can go at any time, with your own code, and zero contact for the Covid issue. The room is fine, everything clean and a full bathroom with a shower. It has television, and the beds are comfortable, heating and fan. We were not cold at any time, and we did not hear the noise from outside that there was on a Saturday night in the middle of the city. Price ratio, no competition!

Silvia Manzanares: A beautiful and very nice house, I put two buts on it, there is only one bathroom on the ground floor, which you have to share with another room upstairs. It would be very useful to have a dedicated toilet for the living area. Another is the cobwebs on the windows, they look unkempt and unhygienic when the house is clean. For the all very good.

Croqueta Cojonera: Great Villa in which to spend a few days of disconnection and relaxation in the mountains of Madrid. The house has a very modern decoration, rooms decorated with elements of his travels through the different continents. Spacious rooms with a chill out area and a Jacuzzi on one of the interior terraces. The garden is prepared for the organization and realization of events. If I had to put a downside to this magnificent villa, it would be the impracticality of the pool, since its design makes it very difficult to enter and exit the water. PS: promote national tourism. Josito Manzano: The worst attention they have given me in my life, after they left me stranded having the reservation made from 08/23 and confirmed check-in on 10/19 they call me on 10/21 the day I entered, at the door of boarding and they tell me that they cancel my reservation without further ado, nor give me a clear solution and leaving us with no options and with very little empathy on the part of the person who attended us, giving us a relocation as a solution which we had to pay in full and paying quite a lot more, more than 15 km away. Terrible and disastrous attention by the accommodation. SHAMEFUL IT FALLS SHORT.
Gloria Betancur: We feel very satisfied in the apartment that we were in relation to the price we paid for it. Alejandro is a super friendly and attentive person. If you need something extra, he helps you without any qualms. We recommend this lodging, well located and economical.
Koldo Elissalt: A central and well located apartment for our accommodation needs. The receptionist was very nice, she took very good care of me and my partner. I was in the luxury apartment in the Penthouse and Madrid looks great. The wifi works great and the area is very good, especially because of the metro, which is almost at the door and there are various shops. It more than met my expectations. Very close to Av de América and the National Music Auditorium. I will repeat when I return to Madrid.

Response: Good afternoon David, we have several 55m² apartments for up to 4 people and 40m² studios for 1 to 2 people, when you book you choose what you want to pay for booking and no one forces you to choose whether a Studio is an Apartment with 1 room. There are several more in the apartment building that we do not own. In our Apartments there are signs and customers are told that smoking is not allowed. Regarding your evaluation, it is very limited, you have not given that we have heating, air conditioning, that the beds and mattresses are of a good brand and comfortable, that it has duvets and cotton bedding, that the Studio where you stayed had a balcony great; and bathroom with bathtub and complete shower, with hot and cold water; and also everything you need for your use, from towels to shower and bath gel and hair dryer. Which also has a kitchen with a fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave oven and a washing machine. And does all this seem little to you? We hope that you really go to those apartments that you say are in the area and have a good time. All the best.

Rob D: Our room smelled like sewage the entire time we stayed there, and when we complained about it, they sent a guy over to give us a spray bottle of air freshener which did nothing… Also the bed sheets were stained with yellow patches. The only positive is the price.

Carla Carrera Colarossi: A super comfortable and spacious apartment. The area is phenomenal, it is a residential area, safe and quiet. The best thing is that it is in the center and it is easy to get everywhere, either by taxi or public transport. It has a lot of light and the floor is well cared for. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are super well equipped to literally live. We would certainly choose it again.

victor amparan: The truth is that I was surprised that this tourist apartment was so comfortable having direct access from the street and that it was also so quiet. We rented for days and we liked it a lot. The decoration and taste in details is exquisite. I had searched on temporary rental platforms such as Booking and Airbnb, where I saw the photos for the first time, but in the end I made the reservation directly via the web for this holiday accommodation on Calle Monederos on their page myself as an individual. I had to go for work and I did the online check-in in a few minutes, it also helped me that it was so well connected, so I requested the parking that they have arranged. The entire tourist apartment, the basic kitchen was very clean but with everything you may need and the mattress is very comfortable. We really liked "Madrid Río" and El Matadero and we took advantage of the great position to go to the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía. It gave me a lot of security that they had both an urban planning license and a tourist license. It is also difficult to find homes for tourist use in the Center of Madrid that are so bright.

daniela rincon: Spectacular place where my partner and I stayed. Upon entering the first thing we saw was a swing hanging from the ceiling that we loved! The detail of the fortune cookies on the bed (reference to Chinatown, where the apartment is located) super special! The apartment was fully equipped for all comfort, we even had pillows of different hardness to choose from. The bathroom is amazing! Super big and where showering is quite an experience. Super close to the metro that communicates directly with the center! Willing to repeat!

Jude V: Fantastic hotel, great price and very good value, you get all the things that you need, hob , pots pans and dinnerware all provided, lovely spacious suite in a nice area of madrid, outside of central enough to be in a real non-touristy area with good prices around but a 20 min metro ride to sol, gran via ect. Alejandro is super helpful and accommodating and a very good quick system of communication- absolutely recommended especially for solo travellers and long stays as it was a very safe hotel as well!!

Kane Shaw: Came here for a week to watch the champions league football. Amazing room close to multiple metro lines. Room was very clean and cooking facilities were very good. Only con was no one in reception and it was our first time using booking.com so we didnt know we got sent the passcode to get in

merna yako: The room itself isn’t too bad in size. The beds are super uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty!! Had to put a some towels so we could sleep on them. The cups, plates and cutlery were all dirty!!!! We had to go out buy plastics cups, plates, and cutlery so that we could eat. The only decent thing about this apartment is that the air con works and there is WiFi !!
Anna K.: The room and especially the bed linen absolutely stank of cigarettes. So did our clothes when we picked them off the sofa in the morning. Uncomfortable bed as well and the apartment very outdated altogether.

Ale Gaydou: The room was nice and spacious, spotless clean, crispy white linen and brand new pillows. The air conditioner and TV were in perfect condition and the toilet was small but very clean.

Sign Right: We had an upper level apartment with large terrace. It was clean and spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the terrace and the proximity to many shops and restaurants.

Ľubomír Melicherčík: At first we were dissapointed with the cleanliness (hiar in the shower, dirty bedsheet on the sofa-bed). We sorted this issue out by changing the bedsheet ourselves (fortunatelly, there were spare bedsheets and duvet covers prepared in the closet). Some pieces of the furniture were worn out (sofa probably the most). After several days we got over this initial disappointment and started to like it there. The location is good, close to the most important places one should see. I think I will come again dispite the cons mentioned above.
